We specialize in computer telephony integration (CTI), and have pioneered its use in the 9-1-1 environment. The acquisitions of DCC (Dialogic Communications Corp.) and REVERSE 911® (Sigma Communications LLC) further expanded our solutions portfolio to include emergency notification and interactive voice response technologies. The recent addition of interoperable P25-based radio through EADS Secure Networks North America adds yet another element, rounding out PlantCML’s offering.

While productivity is crucial to survival in this fast-paced industry, PlantCML encourages interaction between employees.
